Functional
Choose our functional reformer pilates class if you want to develop your core muscles and want to engage all of the muscles of your body. Classic pilates exercises are spiced up with varying intensities, using functional tools, such as rubber bands, pilates balls, weight balls, ankle weights, stools or pilates rings.
Stretching
Choose our stretching reformer pilates class if you want to slow down a bit and get closer to yourself mentally. In the class we will have series of stretches which will target your whole body, it will improve your mobility, posture, flexibility and relieve muscle pain and mental stress. After the class, you will feel rejuvenated. Thanks to the resistance created by the pulley and spring system of the reformer all of our deep muscles can be targeted more easily and effective.
HIIT
Choose our HIIT reformer pilates class if your primary goal is weight-loss or instant stress relief. Thanks to the dynamic movements and greatest hits, you can feel immediately like the queen of the dance floor. During the class classic strengthening pilates exercises are combined with high-intensity cardio blocks. Release any daytime stress, sleep better and kick those endorphin levels!
Booty-burn
Choose our booty-burn reformer pilates class if your number one goal is a rounder, tighter butt and stronger waist. In our booty-burn classes, we target all three muscles of the gluteal muscle isolated, which will also help to get rid of lower back pain. In this class, we fuse classic reformer pilates exercises with fitness exercises, using heavier weights.
Mommy reformer pilates
Choose our mommy reformer pilates class if you are going to be a mommy. From the 2nd trimester of pregnancy, it is worthy to support the critical points with special movements to release stress, to help to build a strong body and after the birth to speed up regeneration and return to our daily activities as smoothly as possible. During our classes, we teach classic pilates exercises that help strengthen the back, buttock and core muscles, thereby helping to maintain correct posture. In addition, special attention is paid to learning the correct breathing technique, which can even be used as a stress reliever later on.
Yogalates
Choose our yogalates class if you would like to cleanse your spirit and body of the harmful effects of everyday stress, or if you would like to synchronize the functioning of your mind and body. Yogalates combines the ancient Indian practices of yoga with the Western practices of Pilates. It focuses on working with your own limits. It is excellent for developing muscle tone, flexibility and endurance.
Strong-Core
Choose our Strong-Core reformer pilates class if you like to push your limits. The main focus is on strengthening the core muscles, which is not only about strengthening the abdominal muscles! In this class, we prefer to use less resistance on the machines, which also helps to gain strength for the smaller stabilizing muscles. If you are curious about what your body is capable of and how you can sweat in 5 minutes with zero cardio, then definitely give it a try. This type of class is recommended for guests at a more advanced level.
